All clients possess the right to seek a refund in accordance with the provisions outlined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Refund Procedure
- All Membership Fees are fully earned upon payment and are non-refundable, except within the first 90 days of the Membership Period, provided that you have viewed no more than 50% of the available lessons in the purchased courses.
- To request a refund, send an email to support@course. stating your wish to receive a refund along with your full name.
- We will process the reimbursement using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
- Once we receive your cancellation request, you will cease to have access to the website immediately.
